JANITORIAL SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST
Job Type/Schedule
This position is part-time and works between 16-32 hours per week. Position hours are generally in the evening, into the night and some weekends.
Position Summary
Exercising CleanImage’s Founding Principals the position provides custodial services by performing a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain safe and healthy work areas for CleanImage’s client’ staff, visitors and customers. Works as a task related specialist in assigned buildings, and, or areas.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable products appropriately.
2. Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, conference rooms, kitchens and break areas, classrooms, exams rooms, and any and all other areas assigned.
3. Operates mechanical floor cleaning equipment, vacuums and mopping systems, wet/dry vacuums, and other materials related to building cleaning.
4. Mop, buff and maintain floors and dust/vacuum areas.
5. Wash windows and glass
6. Straighten and organize moveable furniture to maintain a showroom type presentation.
7. Reports items that need to be repaired or replaced.
8. Set-up table and chairs for meetings and special events (clients request)
9. Notifies management when supplies are needed.
10. Other duties as assigned by management to the job site(s).
Salary Range
$14.00 – 16.00hr
Bonus eligible following a probationary period
Annual raise eligible based on performance, attitude and communication skills
Required Qualifications
1. The equivalent of High School education
2. Reliable transportation to and from job site(s)

Applicant Special Instructions
Works in different locations that may involve late night hours. The position is exposed to cleaning agents/chemicals. Must be able to lift heavy materials/equipment. Prolonged standing/walking, kneeling, crouching and bending also required. The employee must keep management informed of the change in phone numbers. The employee must have reliable and activated internet and GPS enabled smartphone for timekeeping
